Everything on this site, the articles, the podcast, and the descriptions of how we work, is general information for business audiences. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, or professional advice, and reading it does not create a professional relationship between us.
AI moves quickly. Something accurate when it was written may not be accurate when you read it. Verify anything you intend to act on.
APPLICATIONS
Submitting one is not a contract.
The Private Practice application is a request to be considered. Sending it does not create an engagement, does not reserve a seat, and does not obligate either of us to anything.
We decide which applications to take forward and we are not required to give a reason. There are ten seats, and when they are full we will say so.
If we do work together, a separate written engagement agreement governs that work, including fees, scope, confidentiality, and termination. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, the engagement agreement wins.
WHAT YOU SEND US
Keep it truthful, and keep it yours to send.
When you fill in a form on this site, you agree that what you tell us is accurate, and that you have the right to share it. Do not send us anyone else’s confidential information, and do not send us material you are not permitted to disclose.
How we handle what you send is described in our Privacy Policy.
TEXT MESSAGES
Only if you ask, and STOP ends it.
If you give us your mobile number and tick the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Chris Daigle, operated by Foxwood Family LLC, following up on that submission. Messages may confirm we received your form, answer a question, or arrange a conversation. We do not run a text-message marketing list from this site.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply under your carrier plan. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or engagement.
The text message program is for adults. You must be 18 or older to opt in, and by ticking the consent box you confirm that you are.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and no further messages will be sent to that number. Reply HELP for help, or email doc@chrisdaigle.com.
Messages are delivered through GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) and its carrier partners. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your number is described in our Privacy Policy.
OWNERSHIP
The words and the marks stay ours.
The text, design, graphics, and arrangement of this site are owned by Foxwood Family LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may read the site, print pages for your own reference, and share links to it. You may not republish substantial portions, resell it, present it as your own, or scrape it to train a model without our written permission.
“Chris Daigle”, “The Private Practice”, and “Using AI at Work” are our marks. Other names on this site belong to their owners.
ACCEPTABLE USE
The short list of things not to do.

- Do not submit false applications, or submit them on someone else’s behalf without permission
- Do not use automated tools to flood the form or harvest the site
- Do not use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass anyone

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foxwood Family LLC and its members, officers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US$100).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

Law, changes, and how to reach a human.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and both of us consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the update.
Severability. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
