I’ve sat in the chair. I know what it feels like to have your people using something you can’t evaluate, and to be pitched projects you can’t price. Most of my week is spent in rooms with CEOs of construction, manufacturing, professional services and PE-backed companies, working on their actual problems rather than a framework.
