SPEAKING & WORKSHOPS
Ninety-five percent of AI pilots stall. Your room does not have to be one of them.
Chris Daigle runs working sessions for CEOs and senior executives on what AI actually changes about how they lead, and what to do about it in the next ninety days. Approved Vistage speaker. Vistage AI Advisory Board.
THE TALK
From AI Pressure to AI Results.
A CEO’s 90-Day Operating Model. Run as a working session for chief executives and senior leaders. Not a lecture, not a vendor pitch, and not a coding class.
The pressure to “do something with AI” has never been higher, and MIT puts the share of corporate AI pilots that stall before proving ROI at 95%. That is a leadership problem, and it is solvable in the room.
Members leave with five things they can use the next day:
- The six AI tools every executive should be using: a vetted shortlist beyond ChatGPT, with the specific job each one does better than the rest
- A side-by-side read on the four major platforms: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot: when to use which, where each falls down, demonstrated live
- Two prompting methods that put you in the top 5% of users: tested in the room, on the members’ own problems
- A draft AI Use Policy, built live in under ten minutes: the governance document most mid-market companies are missing
- A seven-day action plan: three commitments each, with peer accountability built in
THE RECEPTION

FORMATS
Three ways to book it.
- Keynote: 45 to 60 minutes. Conference mainstage. The argument, the live demonstrations, and the seven-day plan.
- Working session: half day. CEO peer groups and leadership teams. Everyone leaves having built something, including the draft AI Use Policy.
- Executive workshop: full day, on site. The working session plus a Macro Inventory of the room’s own repetitive work, and a prioritised first 90 days.
No tech talk, no coding, no buzzword stacking. Rooms have run from nine people to several hundred.
THE REEL
Two minutes from the stage.
Plays from YouTube. Nothing loads from Google until you press play.
BOOK IT
Check a date.
Fifteen minutes to talk through your audience, your date, and what you want them walking out with.
COMMON QUESTIONS
What organizers ask.
What does a session cost?
Fees depend on the format, the date, and the travel. The fifteen-minute availability call covers your audience, your date, and the number. No proposal, no deck.
Do you speak for Vistage groups?
Yes. I’m an approved Vistage speaker and I sit on the Vistage AI Advisory Board. Across four scored sessions, every member said they’d recommend it.
What does the room need?
Reliable wi-fi and a screen. The demonstrations run live on real tools, so the connection matters more than the rest of the AV package.
How far out are you booking?
Sixteen stages are booked ahead through 2027, so dates go early. The availability call is the fastest way to check yours.
Who is it for?
CEOs and senior executives: peer groups, executive summits, industry conferences, and leadership teams. Rooms have run from nine people to several hundred. No tech talk, no coding, no buzzword stacking.
THE AI USE POLICY
Leave with the policy, even if we never meet.
Every room I speak in leaves with a draft AI use policy. This is that template: what your people can put into AI tools, what stays out of them, and who owns the call. One Vistage member turned it into his company’s policy in six minutes.
